These Terms govern your use of the KAAASH website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

2) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system performance.
• Do not upload illegal or harmful content, malware, or confidential data you are not authorized to share.

3) Customer content

• You retain ownership of the data you upload.
• You grant KAAASH a limited right to process your content to provide the service (calculations, exports, support troubleshooting).

4) Calculations & professional judgment

Our tools automate IFRS‑16 calculations based on inputs you provide. Outputs are generated for convenience and efficiency, but you remain responsible for review, professional judgment, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

5) Fees and billing

• Card payments: processed via Stripe where available.
• Invoice/bank transfer: available for approved customers (typically Enterprise/annual billing).
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access until the account is brought current.

6) Intellectual property

KAAASH and its software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

7) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, KAAASH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, or non-payment. You may cancel at any time subject to the Refund Policy.
