These terms define the baseline rules for using KAAASH products, SaaS features, website resources and related services.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and KAAASH RegTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("KAAASH", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms govern your use of the KAAASH website, SaaS products and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

KAAASH tools automate IFRS-16 calculations based on inputs you provide. Outputs are generated for convenience and efficiency, but you remain responsible for review, professional judgment, accounting conclusions and compliance with applicable standards, policies and regulations.

While we strive to maintain continuous availability, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure provider issues, security events or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access to the service.

7) Intellectual property

KAAASH and its software, branding, designs, workflows, content and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, sublicense or redistribute our software except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

8) Confidentiality

Each party should protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable care. Customer data uploaded into the service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable service commitments.

9) Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent allowed by law, KAAASH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, misuse, non-payment or legal requirement. You may cancel subject to the applicable subscription, proposal, invoice or refund terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the contracting KAAASH entity unless otherwise agreed in writing. For enterprise customers, a signed proposal, statement of work or master agreement may specify the governing law and dispute process.

12) Enterprise agreements

For enterprise contracts, signed proposals, statements of work or customer-specific agreements will override these general Terms where they expressly conflict.
