Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy
Effective date: 28 Dec 2025
Subscriptions (Stripe)
- Cancel anytime: cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds: subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
- Upgrades: upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing (depending on Stripe configuration).
Trial access
- Trial access is time-limited and may include feature/usage restrictions.
- Trial conversions to paid plans occur only after successful payment confirmation.
Invoice / bank transfer
- Invoice billing is available for approved customers (typically Enterprise/annual billing).
- Access is activated after payment confirmation (or per agreed credit terms).
- Invoices are payable within the stated due date. Late payment may result in service suspension.
Consulting services
- Consulting is billed per milestone, project, or hourly agreement stated in the proposal/SoW.
- Refund terms for consulting are governed by the signed engagement agreement.
